We try and keep our shipping costs to a minimum and don’t profit from it.
When you place an order with us online we will acknowledge receipt of the order immediately. We will also give you your own personal order reference number. We have a large amount of items in stock and endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We will dispatch most items within 48 hours - certain items such as embroidered clubwear will take longer. You will also receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched. Orders may take a little longer to deliver during peak periods. We also deliver to the rest of Europe, Australasia, America, Africa and Asia. Please contact us for information about shipping costs.
We will always advise you of any possible delays. Can we ask for your patience please, during our busiest times of the year, usually around Christmas/New Year time. Please try and order early for Christmas and in pre-season to avoid any undue disappointment.
If for any reason the items you order are not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will always keep you informed of the estimated delivery time for your order. If you would rather not wait, we will offer you an alternative or give you the option to cancel your order. If we dispatch your order in part(s) you will not be charged for any subsequent deliveries made to complete your order.
Please note that Romida will not pay customs or import charges. Please check with your local customs office to see if these are payable ahead of ordering. We will always state the true value of the goods on the invoice and shipping paperwork.
